Nadolig Llawen! Tonight Healthy Minds Better Lives tackles Christmas! The team covered many festive topics including:- steps to a resilient Christmas, knowing the Christmas YOU want to have; taking intentional actions to create it; setting clear boundaries; AND making time for you to relax, have fun, sleep or rest!
The team were also joined by Frank from Frame to talk about money matters and budgeting over Christmas and the New Year.

Greetings November! The Healthy Minds Better Lives team celebrated the great news of PWR being a digital radio station now!
The team were joined by Catrin Rees, who shared her passion, expertise and results from her 20yrs as a homeopath.
Afternoon Show presenter, Helen Enser Morgan, joined the show to discuss Seasonal Affective Disorder; recognising feelings; ways to improve symptoms and discussed how language plays a big part!
Tom, Hayley and myself finished the show talking about Movember and the struggles faced by male carers.

Greetings October! The Healthy Minds Better Lives team celebrated World Mental Health Day by wearing yellow; looked at the Six Pillars to Wellbeing and discussed Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Hello Autumn! The Healthy Minds Better Lives team were joined by Gemma, a Haverfordwest artist, poet and author of – The Inner Workings of Schizophrenia – 50 Shades of Insight. Gemma has suffered from Schizophrenia for many years and is an advocate, speaker and representative of Schizophrenia & mental health issues.
Tonight’s show welcomed Helen Enser Morgan from the Afternoon Show, who raised awareness of the recent World Suicide Prevention Day.
The team also looked at routine, lack of routine and autumnal weather!

Hello June! The Healthy Minds Better Lives team were back with a jam-packed show looking at the difficulties faced by young people in this technological age, asking the question, what is it like being a young person in 2024?
Tonight’s show also included looking at the world through a screen, supporting children and young people’s mental health, Carers Week and an interview with GB Olympian Sharron Davies!
